$5,050 to win Fall Brawl coming Oct. 24

After two attempts were postponed due to rainy weather, track owner Gary Hall is hoping that the third time will be the charm as The World’s Fastest 1/3 Mile Dirt Track hosts the highest paying Limited Late Model event in the track’s fifty year history on Saturday, October 24.

The region’s best Limited Late Model drivers will gather for the Tennessee Limited Late Model Championship paying $5,050 to win and $250 to start in a 50 lap feature. There will be a $100 entry fee.

Vic Hill Racing Engines in Mosheim, TN will award the 5th and 10th place finishers in the feature a contingency of $100. Phantom Race Engines of Knoxville, TN will be giving a $200 Tough Luck Award.

Sportman Late Model drivers will duke it out for $1000 to win in the East Tennessee Sportsman Challenge.

Super Stock drivers from at least three states will tackle the high banks of The Bad Fast Taz in the Chris Collinsworth Memorial paying $1,000 to win. Tazewell Speedway Super Stock Fall Brawl rules will apply.

***All racing divisions will be subject to random tire samples being taken.***

The Fall Brawl will wrap up a highly successful fiftieth year of racing at Tazewell Speedway. During the intermission the Points Champion and top three in Limited Late Model, Sportsman, Super Stock, Classic Car and 4 Cylinder points will be honored with trophies and monies.

Pit gates will open at 4:00 with main grandstands opening at 5:00. The drivers meeting is slated to start at 6:00 with hot laps starting at 7:00.

General admission will be $18 with children nine and under admitted free with a paying adult. Pit admission will be $35.
