Tazewell Speedway resumes racing this Saturday, October 10 with the annual Fall Brawl. This year’s edition has a different format. The headliner will be the limited late models racing for $5,050 to win. Also racing will be the Sportsman class for $1,000 to win and the Chris Collinsworth Memorial Super Stock race for $1,000 to win. Additional information is below.
Pit gates open at 4:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00. Hot laps will begin around 7:15. General admission tickets are $18 for adults, kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $35, kids 12 and under are $25.

Street Stock Rules:
1. 3,000 pounds before and after race
2. open motor, no alum heads or block, no dry sump
3. must be street type cars, no clip cars, alum bodies ok but must be stock appearing, no wedge bodies
4. 10″ wheels max any tire
5. racing springs and shocks allowed can be relocated, coil overs allowed no adjustable shocks allowed stock type rear suspension, 3 or 4 link can have heim and tube trailing arms, leaf spring cars can have sliders
6. no quick change rear ends, 9″ floaters ok
7. bert and brinn type transmission allowed
8. gas only
9. must have rear panel between trunk lid and rear bumper completely closed no holes in panel
**All Classes subject to random tire samples.
During intermission, the 2015 track champions will be recognized. With the classic cars and four cylinders not racing, those champions can come to the pit gate by 9:00 to be honored with all the other champions. Otherwise, contact track management to pick up your trophy and points money.
