David Payne wins Buddy Rogers Memorial

David Payne won the Buddy Rogers Memorial 44 Southern Nationals Bonus Series race on Sunday night. Payne took the lead on lap 17 when Vic Hill suffered a flat while leading. Payne led the rest of the way to take his first win at Tazewell Speedway. The complete story is coming soon.
