UCRA returns to Saturday, August 5

The United Crate Racing Alliance returns to Tazewell Speedway on Saturday, August 5 for a $2,500 to win race.

Some of the area's top crate late model racers are expected to tackle the ultra high banks of Tazewell Speedway. Defending series champion Rusty Ballenger, Jason Manley, Jordan Horton, Josh Henry, Jimmy Elliott, Chip Brindle, and more are just some of the expected drivers.

Alos racing will be the sportsman late models, super stocks, four cylinders, and classic cars.

General admission tickets are $15 for adults, kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $30 for adults.

Pit gates open at 4:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00. The drivers meeting is scheduled for 7:30. Hot laps and time trials will begin at 8:00.
