UCRA back at Tazewell Speedway Saturday, June 9

The United Crate Racing Alliance returns to Tazewell Speedway on Saturday, June 9 for a 50-lap, $3,000 to win race. Some of the region's top crate late model racers will tackle Tazewell's high banks in what should be an exciting race. This is the make-up race that was rained out 2 weeks ago.

Also racing on June 9 will be sportsman late models for $800 to win, modified streets for $600 to win, and classic and four cylinders for $400 to win each. There will also be a huge fireworks show.

Pit gates open at 4:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00. The driver's meeting is set for 7:15. Hot laps will start around 7:45.

Ticket prices are $15 for adults, kids 9 and under are free, Pit passes are $30. Anyone with a ticket stub or armband from Saturday the 19th may use it on June 9 plus pay the difference.
