UCRA crate late models up next on August 11

The United Crate Racing Alliance visits Tazewell Speedway on Saturday, August 11 for a 50-lap, $3,000 to win race. Some of the area's best crate late model drivers are expected to be racing in this event. Anthony White of Clinton won the previous UCRA race at Tazewell Speedway earlier this season.

Also racing will be the sportsman late models for $800 to win, four cylinders for $500 to win, and the classic cars for $400 to win.

Pit gates open at 4:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00. The driver's meeting is scheduled for 7:00. On-track action will begin approximately 7:30.

Grandstand tickets are $15 for adults, kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $30 for adults, kids 12 and under are $20.
