Fireworks and racing on tap July 3rd

Tazewell Speedway's next event is the Fireworks 40 sanctioned by the Valvoline Iron Man Late Model Series on Sunday, July 3. The $5,000 to win race is the headliner for an exciting night of racing and fireworks.

Also racing will be sportsman late models for $800 to win, classic cars for $500 to win, street stocks for $500 to win, and four cylinders for $500 to win.

There will be a fireworks show during intermission.

Pit gates open at 4:00 and grandstand gates open at 5:00. The driver's meeting is set for 7:00. Hot laps are scheduled for approximately 7:30.

General admission tickets are $20 for adults, kids 9 and under are free. Pit passes are $35 for adults, kids 12 and under are $25.
