Matt Shannon gets Jim Arnwine Memorial win

Matt Shannon won Saturday night's Jim Arnwine Memorial UCRA race. Brian Smith crossed the finished line first. But in post-race inspection, Smith was using illegal fuel per UCRA rules and was disqualified. That handed the win to Shannon. Other winners were Warren McMahan, Mac Lockhart, David Clark, and Hayston Collett.
