Overholt, Stevens win rain shortened program

Odie Overholt won the sportsman late model feature and John Stevens won the classic car feature before the rains came on Saturday night. The remainder of the program was washed out.

The final three features of crate late models, street stocks, and four cylinders will be run on Saturday, September 23. All gates will open at 3:00. Only those with a ticket stub or armband from the 9th will be admitted at that time. The final three features will start at 4:00. Once those features are completed, the grandstands and pits will be cleared, then reopened to sell tickets for the originally scheduled September 23rd program which is Champions' Night. All five divisions of crate late models, sportsman late models, street stocks, classic cars, and four cylinders will compete in a full program with the champions in those divisions will be recognized during intermission. There is no race scheduled for Saturday, September 16. Make plans to see more racing action on Saturday, September 23rd.
