Late race pass nets Travis Fultz SAS win

Travis Fultz passed Forrest Trent on lap 40 to win Sunday's Southern All-Stars Buddy Rogers Memorial. Trent and Cruz Skinner started the 44-lap race from the front row with Trent taking the lead on the start. As Trent quickly caught slower traffic, Fultz was making his way to the front from the 5th starting spot. As Fultz got by Skinner for second place, he quickly chased down Trent who was having some difficulty getting around the slower traffic. Fultz powered by Trent in turn 3 to take the lead on lap 40. It was Fultz's first SAS win and biggest paying win of his career. Trent held off Josh Henry for second in the caution-free race.

Other winners were Troy Eads, Austin Atkins, and Will Carey.
