Jason Trammell grabs Iron Man win

Jason Trammell grabbed the Iron Man Championship Series win on Friday night. Vic Hill and Trammell started on the front row. Hill took the early lead and Donald McIntosh moved into second. On lap 22, McIntosh took the lead from Hill. On the next lap, Hill got into McIntosh in turn 1 and sent McIntosh spinning. Hill moved up the track with an issue on the restart allowing Trammell to shoot by for the lead. Trammell held off Ryan King to take the win.

Other winners on Friday were Jonathan Miracle, Kevin Crane, Donovan Long, and David Clark.

There is no racing next weekend. Racing resumes Saturday, July 18 with the Coca-Cola Race Night.
